The prices are quoted in EURO and including 18% VAT.
Payment can be made via IBAN Wire Transfer or mail order. Your bank or credit card provider may apply currency conversion fees. Credit Cards are required to secure bookings.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Total amount is to be paid to confirm your reservation prior to your arrival.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation received within the last 24 hours before the tour departure will subject to full charge of the tour cost. Any cancellation received in the last 4 days, a refund of %50 is expected.
Important Notice
Due to weather conditions, itineraries may change. No matter what occurs, we will make sure that you will have an incredible time and complete your tour with a smile on your face.

Below are the terms and conditions for use of the the official website;
BookMeGuide reserves the right to change the route or itinerary of any of its tours and organize substitute tour guides if necessary. No refunds will be given in these circumstances or in the cases of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a tour resulting from any causes including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. BookMeGuide cannot guarantee pick up or drop off times and is not liable for passenger failure to connect with other services or any associated costs resulting from such delays. We do not accept any responsibilities for loss or damage to personal belongings or baggage. Components of tours are weather dependent and BookMeGuide cannot be held liable if tour segments are not available on the day of travel.
While we make every effort for our passengers’safety, BookMeGuide cannot be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss of any kind caused by or resulting from any act or failing or omission by its employees, agents or contractors. Customers should note that tourism and travel involve a higher than normal risk. BookMeGuide also does not take responsibility for any act of negligence, act or omission whatsoever by any company whose services are used as part of packages provided including but not limited to contract tour guides.
All refund requests must be in writing, and made direct to us or through the agent from whom the travel arrangements were purchased. Claims must be made within 10 days of completion of travel arrangements. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather or illness. These must be claimed through your travel Insurance. A €60 processing fee applies to all approved refunds. No guarantee is provided or warranted that any refund will be available. No refunds will be made for services once travel arrangements have commenced.
